Overview of Bachelor in Marketing with Psychology (Hons) in Management and Science University Malaysia

The Bachelor in Marketing with Psychology programme uniquely combines marketing with psychology to provide you with in-depth knowledge of how purchasing decisions are made by consumers and how business relationships are influenced by marketing strategies. In the Marketing component, you will acquire a strong foundation in all areas of marketing, including understanding consumer behaviour, studying marketing research and strategic marketing. Through the Psychology component, you will learn how an individual’s psychology can influence his spending, and comprehend the psychology behind online marketing. Through the MSU Global Internship Programme, you are able to experience a working stint abroad and utilize the experience along with your theoretical knowledge to improve your understanding of marketing in practice. Internship experience at multinational companies will also enhance your future employability.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

You need a Pass in Mathematics at SPM level AND at least a C (2.00 CGPA) in two (2) subjects at STPM level or Jayyid in STAM. Other acceptable qualifications include Matriculation/Foundation/Pre-U/Diploma/UEC with at least 2.00 CGPA or equivalent. International students must score at least 5.5 in IELTS or equivalent.
