Overview of Diploma in Culinary Arts in Universiti Islam Antarabangsa Sultan Malaysia
Diploma in Culinary Arts is an art field in food preparation. This full-time program is offered for a period of study of 3 years (6 meters). Students will be exposed to the skills of preparing 5-star food in line with Islamic Shariah and in accordance with the latest developments in the culinary world. In addition to the academic field, students also have the opportunity to participate in international cuisine competitions organized locally and abroad.
Passed the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with at least 3 credits including Bahasa Melayu and
Other qualifications recognized as equivalent by the Government of Malaysia.
