ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF ADMISSION
STPM
Have Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) / equivalent with honors (Grade C) in the subject of Bahasa Melayu / Bahasa Malaysia or credit (Grade C) Bahasa Melayu / Bahasa Malaysia paper in July and passed in the subjects of history (SPM 2013 and up) in the SPM examination;
and
Pass the Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) Examination with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 and a minimum of:
- Grade C (NGMP 2.00) General Studies subjects ;
- Grade C (NGMP 2.00) in two (2) other subjects
and
Obtained at least Level 1 (Band 1) in the Malaysian University English Test (MUET).
KPM MATRIX / UM SCIENCE BASIC / UITM FOUNDATION (NOT FEEDER)
Passed the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) / equivalent with honors (Grade C) in Bahasa Melayu / Bahasa Malaysia or credit (Grade C) Bahasa Melayu / Bahasa Malaysia paper in July and passed in the subjects of history (SPM 2013 and up) in the SPM examination.
and
Passed KPM Matriculation / UM Science Foundation / UiTM Foundation with at least CGPA 2.00;
and
Obtained at least Level 1 (Band 1) in the Malaysian University English Test (MUET).
STAM
Passed the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) / equivalent with credit in Bahasa Melayu / Bahasa Malaysia or credit in Malay / Bahasa Malaysia paper in July and passed in the subjects of history (SPM 2013 and above) in the SPM;
and
Obtained at least Jayyid Rank in the Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) Examination in 2017 and 2016.
and
Obtained at least Level 1 (Band 1) in the Malaysian University English Test (MUET).
DIPLOMA
Passed the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) / equivalent with credit in Bahasa Melayu / Bahasa Malaysia or credit in Malay / Bahasa Malaysia paper in July and passed in the subjects of history (SPM 2013 and above) in the SPM;
and
Have a Diploma or other qualification recognized by:
- Government of Malaysia and approved by the University Senate
- MQA and recorded in MQR
and
Obtained at least Level 1 (Band 1) in the Malaysian University English Test (MUET).
and
Include the following documents that have been verified to the University:
- Copy of Online Application Application;
- Copy of candidate's Identity Card / MyKad;
- Copy of Birth Certificate of Candidate, Mother and Father / Affidavit (If lost)
- Copy of School Leaving Certificate / Declaration Letter;
- Employer Declaration (If Relevant);
- Copy of STPM / Equivalent Certificate; and
- Copy of SPM / Equivalent Certificate;
- Copy of full Academic Transcript (Semester 1 to end);
- Copy of Diploma / Certificate (If any)
- Copy of MUET Certificate;
- Copy of Graduation Confirmation Letter; and
- A copy of the Decision of the Malay / Mathematics August (if any)
- Copy of proof of recognition of MQA and MQR (obtained from MQA portal)
CALL
The eligibility requirements for entry through Apple are as follows:
- Pass the APEL assessment implemented by MQA.
- Comply with the criteria for admission to the Bachelor's Degree (Level 6, MQF) set by the MOE, namely:
Candidates must be citizens aged 21 years and above in the year the application is made and have relevant work experience.
- Obtained at least Level 1 (Band 1) in the Malaysian University English Test (MUET) and met the MUET level in the special conditions of the program.
