Overview of Bachelor of Psychology (Hons) in Taylor's University Malaysia
At Taylor’s University, our Psychology degree programme prepares students with the essential knowledge and skills in psychology. Co-taught by industry experts, the programme covers a wide range of subjects including biology, physiology, sociology and philosophy, preparing students for a wide range of career options.
PROGRAMME STRUCTURE
The programme provides students with the solid foundation of psychological theories and concepts, empirical studies and professional practice delivered by experts in the field of Psychology. The program aims to be a catalyst of change to individuals who envision to live their fuller lives for themselves, for the organisation, the country and the world.
This programme is compatible with the new Taylor's Curriculum Framework that allows students to mix & match study modules.

COMPLEMENTARY STUDIES
The Complementary Studies component provides student the flexibility to study modules in a related or unrelated field from the same or different school to complement the Primary Major. It may be completed in a form of free electives, an extension, minors or a second major that typically requires at least one (1) semester of student learning time.

REQUIREMENTS
PREREQUISITES
- Pass SPM / O-Level or equivalent, with credits in Mathematics, Science and a Pass in English.
- Candidates without credits in Mathematics, Science and a Pass in English at SPM level or its equivalent may be admitted if the STPM / Foundation / Diploma / Matriculation programme contains subjects in Mathematics / Science and English that are equivalent or higher to Mathematics, Science and English at SPM level.
