Our Diploma in Healthcare Management is a 3-year programme in healthcare and hospital administration specially designed to equip students with relevant and strong hospital administration, business skills and healthcare knowledge in order to manage hospitals and other healthcare organizations. It trains students to help ensure that their healthcare organizations are medically, financially and operationally capable of serving the needs of patients. The skills taught for healthcare management include customer service and feedback management, staff administration, service quality assurance, as well as related business courses, interpersonal skills and leadership. Students will gain invaluable experience during internship for Diploma in Healthcare Management at KPJ Corporate Headquarters or our network of 26 KPJ Specialist Hospitals.

As graduates of Diploma in Healthcare Management, you will oversee and manage elements involved in the healthcare system. You will have employment opportunities either at KPJ Specialist Hospitals or other organisatons within relevant sectors such as Private or Public Hospitals, Clinics, Public Health Department, Rehabilitation Centers, Community Health Organisations, Nursing Homes, Health Insurance Organisations, Health Care Consulting firms, Universities and Research Institutions. Diploma in Healthcare Management is a great beginning of more rewarding careers in management of healthcare institutions.
