The Asia School of Business is located in Kuala Lumpur and was established in 2015 by Bank Negara Malaysia in partnership with MIT Sloan School of Management (MIT Sloan). It merges the power of Asian ambition with the best in Western education to produce the world’s future change-makers, innovators, and entrepreneurs through an 18-month, MBA program. The ASB MBA program delivers a curriculum deeply interconnected with management practices and integrated with the rigor and values embedded in the MIT Sloan School MBA program. The program fosters entrepreneurship, innovation, and hands-on-learning through an active interaction among industry, government, faculty, and students. Students will have the chance to master state-of-the-art management tools and obtain a deeper understanding of global business dynamics. At the same time, immense exposure to the fascinating reality and growing opportunities of Asia is provided. The courses at the Asia School of Business will be taught in the majority by MIT Sloan and MIT professors who will travel to Kuala Lumpur. The MIT faculty will be joined by ASB resident faculty, international industry experts, and government leaders to deliver an in-class outstanding experience. Next, to that, a 4-week on-campus visit to MIT will be part of your MBA program. The UStrek includes a four-week residential program on the MIT Sloan campus in Cambridge, Massachusetts, the USA in combination with a two-week international “industry trek”. Highlights of the ASB/MIT Sloan collaboration include
