Overview of Diploma in Healthcare Management in KPJ Healthcare University Malaysia

Our Diploma in Healthcare Management is a 3-year programme in healthcare and hospital administration specially designed to equip students with relevant and strong hospital administration, business skills and healthcare knowledge in order to manage hospitals and other healthcare organizations. It trains students to help ensure that their healthcare organizations are medically, financially and operationally capable of serving the needs of patients. The skills taught for healthcare management include customer service and feedback management, staff administration, service quality assurance, as well as related business courses, interpersonal skills and leadership.  Students will gain invaluable experience during internship for Diploma in Healthcare Management at KPJ Corporate Headquarters or our network of 26 KPJ Specialist Hospitals.
