Electrical and Electronic engineers have broad career prospects either in the government agencies or private companies. Since the electrical and electronic engineering disciplines are required almost everywhere, graduates from this program can seek employment in many different fields such as (but not limited to) electricity supply, electronic design house, telecommunications, manufacturing, transportations, chemical, food and petroleum industries. They can also work anyway that requires electrical and/or electronics maintenance.

For students from India

• Applicant who is interested in pursuing his/ her studied at UPM must fulfil the following: To have received a National Higher School Certificate (or an Advanced Level or the equivalent of 12 years of basic education) with the grade 80% and above. or a Diploma from recognized Institutions with at least a CGPA of 3.00. English Language Requirements: IELTS - Minimum overall score of 6.0 for TESL/English or 5.5 for other programmes; or TOEFL - Minimum overall score of 550 for TESL/English or 500 for other programmes; or Certified Intensive English Programme (CIEP) - Certified Intensive English Programme (CIEP) - enrolled at ELS-UPM - Level 109 English or Level 107 for other programmes.

For international students

• Applicant who is interested in pursuing his/ her studied at UPM must fulfill the following:
