At QIU, our Bachelor of Corporate Communication (Hons) programme will provide you with a solid foundation in communication concepts, managerial practices, effective listening skills and strategy planning skills, media handling and public relations skills in an organisational context to help you to rise and overcome real-life scenarios and challenges in the future.

Entry Requirements

Examinations Requirements
Sijil Tinggi Pelajaran Malaysia (STPM) Pass STPM with a minimum CGPA or Gred C in two (2) subjects AND credit in English at SPM level
General Certificate of Education Advanced (“A”) levels Full passes in two (2) subjects with a minimum Gred C
Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) A minimum of grade B in five (5) subjects including English
SAM / AUSMAT / CPU Pass with a minimum of 60%
Foundation  / Government Matriculation Pass with a minimum CGPA 2.00 recognised by the Malaysian Government AND credit in English at SPM level
Diploma Pass with a minimum CGPA 2.00 recognised by the Malaysian Government AND credit in English at SPM level
International Baccalaureate (IB) Pass with a minimum 24 points
Other Qualifications Other equivalent qualifications recognised by the Malaysian Government

Assessment

Students’ abilities are gauged both through continuous assessments and a final exam. The continuous assessment component comprises projects/assignments and quizzes which account for an allocation of 60% marks depending on the course. The balance of the marks are allocated for the final examination.
