Course Overview

This programme is designed to produce knowledgeable, competent, and innovative maritime services professionals who can contribute meaningfully to the development of human capital within the maritime industry. Graduates are equipped with a strong understanding of maritime operations and industry practices, enabling them to act as effective liaisons between various stakeholders across maritime-related sectors. The curriculum combines industry-focused knowledge with practical exposure, ensuring that students are prepared to meet the demands of a dynamic and evolving maritime environment. In addition to technical and professional competence, the programme places strong emphasis on personal and leadership development. Entry Requirements

For international students, it is compulsory to meet the minimum English language proficiency requirement by achieving the required score in at least one recognised assessment. Accepted qualifications include MUET with a minimum of Band 3, IELTS or IELTS Online with a score of 5.0, TOEFL iBT with a minimum score of 40, or TOEFL Essential (Online) with a score of 7.5. Applicants may also submit the Pearson Test of English (PTE Academic or PTE Academic Online) with a minimum score of 47. Cambridge English qualifications, including B1 Preliminary, B2 First, C1 Advanced, C2 Proficiency, or Linguaskill Online, are accepted with a minimum score of 154. Alternatively, completion of a Certified Intensive English Programme (CIEP Level) with a minimum score of 107 is also recognised. Meeting any one of these requirements fulfils the English proficiency condition for admission.
