Course Intake
Overview
This programme prepares students of safety and health with knowledge and skills that enable them to bring about change in the way safety and health initiatives are implemented in the workplace.
SUMMARY
Students gain a better understanding on the potential safety and health hazards while broadening their skill set to meet the increasing demands of the OSH industry. Subjects covered will include safety requirements, health regulations, proper use of equipment, safety hazard recognition risk assessment, safety systems and team management skills.
Graduates of this programme are highly sought after to meet the talent needs in various manufacturing, construction and heavy industries.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
All applicants, except those with a degree qualification in art or humanities, must have passed and attained a minimum of the following:

| Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) |
Pass English and Bahasa Malaysia and obtain 3 (three) credits in the following subjects;
Mathematics or 1 (one) Science subject (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, General Science, Applied Science); and Any other 2 (two) subjects (including English and/or Bahasa Malaysia); or |
| GCE / O-Level or equivalent |
Pass English and Bahasa Malaysia and obtain 3 (three) credits (Grade C) in the following subjects:
Mathematics or 1 (one) Science subject (Biology/Physics/Chemistry/General Sc/App. Science); and Any other 2 (two) subjects (including Bahasa Malaysia and/or English); or |
| Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) |
Pass with minimum Grade B in 3 (three) of the following subjects;
English Mathematic 1 Science subject (Biology/Physics/Chemistry/General Sc/App. Science); |
| Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) / Sijil Kolej Komuniti (Level 3, MQF) |
Obtain or pass and Pass SPM with at least 1 credit in 1 subject;
Enrichment programme (if needed); |

| Sijil Tinggi Pelajaran Malaysia (STPM) | Pass with at least Grade C (CGPA 2.00) in 1 subject; |
