ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

i. Master of Psychology Level 7, MOH) or;

ii. Other qualifications recognized as equivalent to a Master's Degree (Level 7, MOH) received by the PPT Senate.

Note:

a) No direct admission from Bachelor's Degree level (Level 6, MOH) to Doctoral Degree level;

b) Candidates with a Bachelor's Degree level (Level 6, MOH) who register for the Master's Degree program (Level 7, MOH) can apply to apply for registration for a Doctoral Degree program within 1 year after registering for the Master's Degree program subject to the following stipulations. ;

i) Has demonstrated competence and ability in conducting research at the Doctoral Degree level;

ii) Thorough internal evaluation by HEP.

English Language Competency Requirements for International Students

a) Earn at least;

i) International Languange Testing System (IELTS) with a minimum score of 5.0; or

ii) Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) (Internet based) with a minimum score of 34; or

iii) Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE) with a minimum score of 180; or

iv) Pearson test of English, Academic (PTE Academic) with a minimum score of 36; or

b) Students who come from countries that use English as their speech are given an exception in condition (a); or

c) Students who use academic qualifications from Institutions that use English as the medium of instruction are fully exempted in condition (a).
