The Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Real Estate and Property Management is designed to produce skilled and knowledgeable graduates in property valuation and real estate management. Entry Requirements

Applicants must hold a recognised qualification such as STPM, STAM, Foundation/Matriculation, Diploma, UEC, DKM or APEL (A–T6) with the required grades or CGPA. International applicants must meet English proficiency requirements of MUET Band 3.5 or an equivalent CEFR High B1 qualification, or complete Geomatika’s English Programme if required.
