Course Overview

Diploma in Human Resource Management (HRM) is a dynamic program that focuses on the strategic development and management of an organization’s workforce. HRM has evolved from traditional personnel management to a comprehensive discipline encompassing talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and organizational culture. The aim of this program is to produce holistic graduates who apply knowledge and skills in the field of HRM in alignment with Islamic values. Students are equipped to uphold ethical principles such as integrity, fairness, and social responsibility while effectively managing human capital. The program emphasizes both technical competence and personal growth, including leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Entry Requirements

A pass in the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or an equivalent qualification, with honours in Bahasa Melayu / Bahasa Malaysia or Bahasa Melayu / Bahasa Malaysia (July Paper). A minimum Grade C in one Islamic Studies–related subject at the SPM level, such as Pendidikan Islam, Pendidikan Syariah Islamiah, Pendidikan Al-Quran dan Al-Sunnah, Tasawwur Islam, Bahasa Arab, Usul Al-Din, Al-Syariah, Manahij Al-Ulum Al-Islamiah, Al-Adab Wa Al-Balaghah, Hifz Al-Quran, or Maharat Al-Quran. A minimum Grade C in one academic subject at the SPM level, including Accounting Principles, Economics, Business, Science, Additional Science, Physics, Chemistry, or Biology.
