Course Overview

Diploma in Accountancy is a comprehensive program that plays a crucial role in today’s business and financial landscape. Accounting, as a discipline, involves the systematic recording, analysis, and reporting of financial information to support informed decision-making, accountability, and transparency. Over time, the field has evolved from traditional bookkeeping to include modern areas such as financial reporting, auditing, taxation, management accounting, and the use of digital financial tools. The aim of this diploma program is to produce holistic accountancy graduates who apply relevant knowledge and practical skills in alignment with Islamic values. Entry Requirements

A pass in the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or an equivalent qualification, with honours in Bahasa Melayu / Bahasa Malaysia or Bahasa Melayu / Bahasa Malaysia (July Paper). A minimum Grade C in one Islamic Studies–related subject at the SPM level, such as Pendidikan Islam, Pendidikan Syariah Islamiah, Pendidikan Al-Quran dan Al-Sunnah, Tasawwur Islam, Bahasa Arab, Usul Al-Din, Al-Syariah, Manahij Al-Ulum Al-Islamiah, Al-Adab Wa Al-Balaghah, Hifz Al-Quran, or Maharat Al-Quran. A minimum Grade C in one academic subject at the SPM level, including Accounting Principles, Economics, Business, Science, Additional Science, Physics, Chemistry, or Biology.
