Course Overview

Bachelor of Education (Multimedia) with Honours programme is designed to produce graduates who are knowledgeable, creative, innovative, and competitive in the field of educational multimedia. The programme equips students with strong technical and pedagogical skills, enabling them to design and develop high-quality multimedia courseware to support effective teaching and learning. It emphasises mastery of educational multimedia knowledge, teaching competencies, communication skills, and technology-based information management, while also nurturing soft skills, social responsibility, and entrepreneurial abilities to develop well-rounded educators. Students undertake a comprehensive range of courses covering both educational and multimedia core areas, including Digital Graphics and Illustration, Computer Animation Development, Dynamic Web Design and Development, Audio and Video Digitisation, Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality, Digital Game Design and Development, Multimedia Mobile Applications, UI and UX Design, as well as Instructional Design and Educational Technology, ensuring alignment with the latest trends and practices in digital education.

Entry Requirements

A minimum CGPA of 2.75 in STPM / A-Levels / 12th Class, and an International English Language Testing System (IELTS) / IELTS Online score of 5.5.
