Brief introduction |
| Mathematics plays a fundamental role in our society, from the usual daily activities of human interaction to the usage of network and technology - all these things are possible because of mathematics. Here, we offer courses which encompass the fundamental and concentrated disciplines of mathematical sciences. The students will have the opportunity to explore the area of statistics, computational mathematics, financial mathematics, pure mathematics, operational research, optics, and quantum cryptography. We also offer minor programmes from three fields, namely Minor in Education Studies, Minor in Business Administration and, Minor in Information and Communication Technology. The programme has a minor critical component in Islamic Revealed Knowledge in addition to the core Mathematical Sciences subjects. | |
