Overview

As such, having in depth knowledge of the contemporary aspects of quality management is a vital contributing factor towards the success of the organization
Program Aim
The aim of this programme is to equip students with a sound understanding of total quality management, performance management and strategic quality management as well as to be aware of the tools and techniques available to implement quality initiatives.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
MALAYSIAN STUDENTS
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum CGPA of 2.0 or equivalent as acceptable by the Senate; OR
- Graduates of equivalent qualifications who have several years of relevant industry experience & APEL certification for Malaysians.
- Evidence of satisfactory English language skills is required for candidates where English is not their first language, such as IELTS 6.0 or above or TOEFL 550 or above.
INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum CGPA of 2.0 or equivalent as acceptable by the Senate; OR
