Course Overview

Graduates will possess a deep understanding of the principles of sustainable social development and the ability to analyse them critically. They will be equipped with practical skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and leadership qualities to effectively contribute to the advancement of sustainable social development goals. Graduates will be capable of applying sustainable development principles in creative and innovative entrepreneurial initiatives. In addition, they will consistently demonstrate professional values and ethical conduct in the execution of all tasks and responsibilities, ensuring integrity and accountability in their practice.

Entry Requirements

Applicants may qualify for admission through several recognised academic pathways. Candidates who have completed a Matriculation or Foundation programme must have passed with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 out of 4.00, while certain entry routes require a higher minimum CGPA of 2.80, or an equivalent qualification. Applicants with STPM must achieve at least a Grade C (CGPA 2.00) in any two subjects, with some pathways requiring a higher Grade C (CGPA 2.80) in any two subjects, or an equivalent qualification. Those holding STAM are required to obtain a minimum grade of Jayyid, together with at least a Grade C (GPA 2.00) in any two subjects, or an equivalent qualification. Diploma holders may apply with a Diploma (MQF Level 4) or any equivalent diploma qualification with a minimum CGPA of 2.00. Certain admission routes require an overall minimum CGPA of 2.80. In addition, applicants must meet the English language requirement, whereby local students must achieve MUET Band 2.0, while international students are required to obtain MUET Band 3.0, IELTS with a minimum overall band score of 5.5, or an equivalent recognised English proficiency qualification.
