Entry Requirement of Master of Manufacturing Systems Engineering in Universiti Putra Malaysia Malaysia

For students from India

The applicant should possess a Bachelor’s degree (with honours) in a relevant field with a minimum CGPA of 3.000, or the applicant without sufficient academic qualification can be admitted into the programme subject to any other requirement specified by the Faculty/Institute. An applicant from a local public university who is in the final semester of his undergraduate study programme may be considered for provisional admission provided his current CGPA or its equivalent satisfies the graduate programme admission requirements. English Language Requirements: International English Language Testing Service (IELTS) Band 6.0; Test of English as Foreign Language (TOEFL), Paper Based - 550; 400 for Band 4.0 only for Malay language, Arabic, Chinese Literature, internet-based test (IBT)- 79-80.

For international students

a) An applicant with a Bachelor degree Engineering with CGPA 2.750/ Second Class Lower or;

b) An applicant with a Bachelor degree in Engineering with CGPA 2.500/Second Class Lower and at least three (3) years working experience in relevant field or;

c) An applicant with a Bachelor degree in Science or Technology with CGPA 3.000/Second Class Upper or;

d) An applicant with a Bachelor degree in Science or Technology with CGPA 2.750/ Second Class Lower and at least three (3) years working experiences in relevant field or;

e) An applicant with an equivalent qualification to Bachelor degree recognized by the professional bodies or Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA).
