This full-time program was created to equip students with the basics of hospitality management and specialized knowledge in the field of hospitality business based on Shariah compliance.
Students also have the opportunity to learn all the comprehensive skills in hotel management and catering management as well as personal skills to successfully start from the bottom up to the level of supervision.
Over a three-year period, students will learn all the key aspects of hospitality operations such as food production, food service and shelter. The curriculum also emphasizes on competencies related to effective communication, human relations, entrepreneurship and cultural diversity.
