Studying Aquatic Science in Malaysia furnishes students with knowledge of various ecosystems and resources so that they can use it as a viable way of socio-economic and other benefits.

Entry Requirement
The eligibility criteria for entry into most undergraduate programmes are as follows:
Good pass in the Sijil Peperiksaan Malaysia (SPM) with a credits in Bahasa Melayu/Bahasa Malaysia subject or a credits in Bahasa Melayu/Bahasa Malaysia July Paper and a pass in Sejarah subject (for SPM 2013 and above) in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM)
AND
The minimum requirements for entry into most undergraduate programmes are as follows:

Particularly in biology, the term “aquatic” pertains to freshwater while “marine” always relates to the sea or ocean. “Marine” is also associated with nautical affairs.
